At LevAri Botanica, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@levari-botanica.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@levari-botanica.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, we will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Product Reactions & Sensitivities

Our products contain natural botanical ingredients that may not be suitable for every individual. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Because skin types and sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type and cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual ingredient intolerances.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or an incorrect order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
